Welcome to our showcase of a remarkable interior design project in the prestigious Preston Trail Fairways neighborhood. This project, spanning 1.5 years for completion, showcases an exquisite blend of luxury and longevity. We spared no detail in utilizing top brands such as Massoud, John Richard, Ambella, and Theodore Alexander to curate an environment of timeless elegance. Our journey with the clients began with a desire for something truly distinctive after exhausting all mainstream options. The moment we connected, the sparks flew, and we knew we were about to create pure magic!
What sets this project apart is not only its aesthetic appeal but also its tangible success. The clients, having decided to move closer to family a year after completion, experienced an astonishing outcome. Their home sold in approximately four weeks, exceeding expectations with a sale price of $250K over asking based on the stipulation that the new owners would retain all furniture and accessories exactly as they were, resulting in a profit of over $50K from the design alone! This project stands as a testament to our commitment to creating spaces that not only captivate but also add significant value to our clients' lives.
